We use co2 direct to substrate, and can utilize marking agents. We operate fiber lasers of multiple wattages.
We aim to achieve two results: Strong Permanent Contrast, and/or Depth for interior usage, machine activity, or with-standing harsh environments. Stark black and color-fills are common.
We offer Annealing (a dark mark, non ablative) for Passivated, Medical and Culinary Tools and projects. Delrin, circuit boards, G-10 and similar materials, plastics, polymers and injection molds have various contrasting results pending compositions.
Yes, we can lightly etch, deeply engrave, achieve surface detail, or reverse mark for LEDs/backlit instrument and control panel requirements. Special cuts and specs can also be met, along with back-coated custom colors.
We accept dwg, dxf, pdf, vectors and drawings via email. Quotes are given and addressed with communications as needed. Moving forward, full renders of required markings, anticipated results, and approvals are met prior to all executions of projects.
